Please I need help.

Ji im making another post sense the first was just ignored. I cant log into server for some reason. everything with ping and all that is fine. but when i put my account info it says its wrong. I made another account to be sure and says the same thing wtf!? i really wana start playing why cant a log please help me fix this prob !!
